Crush your workout, and get back to your day in 45-minutes flat. Enjoy better productivity than hour-long sessions, and get a more intense workout (besides being easier on the bank account).

 

1-on-1 Training

Working one-on-one with a qualified fitness professional is a great choice at any point during your fitness journey. Whether you are starting out, and are confused about how to begin, or want to reach your next fitness level, we are here to help you attain your goals.

Small Group Training

If you want the intense workout with the knowledge of a Strength and Conditioning professional, but don't have the budget, round up your friends with similar fitness goals for a group of up to 5.

 

Packages

In order to get the most out of your effort with a trainer, remaining consistent with a package is the best option. 

Choose between:

6 week ▪ 4 month ▪ 6 month

Gain Experience

Approaching fitness from a place of inexperience can lead to injuries if we are unaware that we are doing movements incorrectly.

Avoid Plateaus

We reach a plateau when our body adapts to a predictable level of exercise. Working with a pro will keep you constantly improving.

Private Sessions

Working out can be a source of anxiety. Whatever your reason, we have a private gym where we train without crowds.
